AGC Founder and President Receives E-town Award Certificate
E-town is a weekly radio broadcast heard all over the country on NPR and other radio stations (both public and commercial). E-town has an E-Chievement Award that recognizes everyday heroes who are helping make their community a better place. “For two decades and counting, listeners from around the country continue to send in tales of remarkable individuals who are working hard to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.” (www.etown.org) “The E-Chievement Award honors people who are working to make a lasting difference in their communities and beyond. eTown listeners nominate people they know or have heard about – people they believe deserve greater recognition.” ~Stephanie Ladroga, Assistant to the Executive Producer of eTown
We are excited to announce, Aprill Lane, AGC Scholarship’s President and Founder, has received an e-Chievement Award certificate recognizing her work with AGC and the infertility community.
“Thank you all for your continued support. I am honored to have been recognized by eTown for the work I do with and for the infertility community. 1 in 8 couples are diagnosed with infertility in the US yet only 15 states require insurance coverage for infertility. The staggering price of fertility treatments makes the dream of parenthood out of reach for many couples diagnosed with infertility. AGC is committed to providing financial assistance to help those couples achieve their goals of becoming parents. It’s a lot of work – Work that I won’t stop doing because everyone deserves a chance to fight for their family…Everyone. Thank you again for continuing to support myself, AGC and the millions of couples diagnosed with infertility.” ~Aprill
